Tracy DiBiase, PHR, is the founder and President of HR Centric Solutions in Southwest Florida. She brings more than 18 years of human resource experience to every project. Her diverse range of expertise encompasses employee relations, compliance, recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, training, and payroll. She has an extensive background in numerous industries including hospitality, country clubs, construction, property management, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications and customer service. Tracy’s success is built on bringing a positive, results-focused energy to every project, even when the situation is particularly stressful for the client. She has a proven history of working successfully with clients as a Strategic Human Resource partner to assist in achieving business goals and objectives. Her focus is to protect clients from liability of illegal or inappropriate workplace behaviors by designing effective policies and developing leadership best practices. Her proactive approach anticipates problems before they arise and utilizes customized planning and consulting services to meet the objectives. Tracy has a network of other experts to draw from when a situation requires it. She builds teams designed expressly for particular client needs, seamlessly managing the process as leader.
